1. Where do I wait to be picked up?

On return trips, the customer is asked to wait at a set point within the terminal. Our driver will be carrying a small whiteboard with your name on it. It is important for the customer to remain at this set point.

Domestic Terminals T2 – T3 – After collecting your baggage remain near the carousel as this is where the driver will be waiting to collect you. Please have your mobile phone switched on.

International Terminal T1 – After exiting your gate proceed to the McDonalds food outlet near Gates A & B. Your driver will meet with you at this point. Click here to view map. Please have your mobile phone switched on.

Cruise Ship Terminal – Please meet the driver at wharf level. This terminal becomes very busy during shipping arrivals, so your patience is appreciated. Please have your mobile phone switched on from 7am. Your driver will contact you to obtain your disembarkment time.

2. What time will I be picked up?

Airport Connection Services operate 7 days a week, from early morning to late in the evening. Home – Airport We contact the customer 24 hours prior to the departure date to confirm an exact pick-up time. Airport – Home Due to the unreliable nature of return flight times at Sydney Airport, we are unable to provide an exact pick-up time from the Airport or Cruise Terminals, however we do aim to make the customers waiting time at the terminal as short as possible.
